Mr. Yost practices in estate, trust and fiduciary litigation, representing beneficiaries and fiduciaries in complex and high-stakes trust and probate litigation on a regular basis.  Mr. Yost also represents executors, administrators and trustees throughout the probate and trust administration process in uncontested matters.


Mr. Yost’s practice also focuses in the area of wills, trusts and estates where he helps clients implement estate plans, asset protection plans, and business succession plans. Many of Mr. Yost’s clients are business owners and property owners who appreciate his ability to provide creative solutions to the many challenges they may face.


In the area of ad valorem tax litigation, Mr. Yost has successfully represented high-value property owners in minimizing property tax liabilities by working closely with leading property tax consultants. Mr. Yost represents real estate owners in the litigation phase of property tax challenges in matters such as challenging residential cap rates, wrongful denial of exemptions, challenging fair market valuations, and equal and uniform challenges.


Mr. Yost strives to achieve optimal results for each legal issue facing his broad array of clients while keeping in mind the benefits of an economic, cost-effective solution.


Mr. Yost enjoys coaching his children’s youth sports, hunting, playing golf and Texas A&M football.  Mr. Yost and his family are active members in their church, the Bridge Fellowship.
